A study says that 35% of Americans reach for their smartphones before anything else in the morning. And 71% sleep with or next to their smartphones. 44% of millennials even fall asleep with their smartphones in their hands.

The gay marriage ruling is being used as a rationale for polygamists to try to get marriage licenses. Some believe that the reasoning used to justify the gay marriage ruling also justifies polygamous marriage.
