Gabatron Morning Briefing – 5-8-15: Attack Of The Flying Spiders

The Russian supply spacecraft that was spinning out of control is expected to burn up and come down safely in the Pacific.

One of the takeaways from the official report on Deflategate is that Tom Brady threw the equipment guys under the bus. He let them take the fall, but now evidence suggests that he probably knew what was happening and tried to maintain plausible deniability.

The Hilton Suites on the Magnificent Mile here in Chicago posted a warning letter in guest rooms asking them not to open their windows, due to flying spiders.

A University over in England has decided to start offering lectures on the movie Frozen. They are going to look at what the movie has to say about issues like feminism, sexuality and anorexia.

The White House is about to look a little less inviting. In July the fence is going to have spikes added to the top to try to cut down on the number of people making it over.

Plus, a BBQ restaurant in Colorado has decided to celebrate a “White Appreciation Day.”
